I know that.
My family fought really hard to find a good hospital for my grandmother before she passed away. The fees were high but at least she was as comfortable as she could be.
I'm sorry for your mother. My other grandmother is in a resting home, she only spends the day there but everytime I go visit her I get out depressed because so many people there are left abandoned and with severe dementia, Parkinson's or Alzheimer's, it's really depressing.

Thats for sure. What was funny my mother didnt like the place she was in, it was a good one and very efficient but she said she didnt like to be around all those old people. She was in her 90's and probably older than a good part of them but she said those old fuddy-duddys drove her nuts. All they talked about was old people stuff. She was young at heart up until the end.

My bedroom. Part of the roofing blew off and rain is coming in everywhere.

I going in the next day or two and try to find a place. Im not too fussy, I just need a place big enough for me and my dogs and all my junk. Indoor plumbing would be nice, not many houses in this town have that most have the little house out back. Not the best thing in the world but I can deal with it if I have to. At least I wont have to tramp thru snow and cold to go do my business.

That wouldnt stop her. She's a neighbor for now, she's house sitting the house next door while the people are gone. She lives in the center of town and no matter where I move she would find me. I cant blame her, her husband is a nut case, he thinks he's a prophet and on the 23rd of every month he thinks he will be 20 feet tall and king of the world and have millions of dollars and kill everyone who dosent follow his weird religon. They dont have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of. They dont have electric in their house and she comes here to use the computer and I give her busy work to do, pulling weeds, cleanup work for a few pesos so they can buy beans and tortillas. Everyone in town thinks me and her have been getting it on but not true. Im fussy about what I want to fool around with and it certainly isnt her. Whats sad is her 13 year old daughter. I think the old bastard molests her and she is really screwed up in the head. She talks about suicide and her mother told me the other day the kid said she was going to kill the old fart. I told her she needs to take the kid and get the hell out of there. She said she is afraid of him, she said he has the power to call upon God to strike her dead. Crazy situation.

I would say so. The old bastard needs to be in a place with a high fence. The wife is a little screwy too to believe that BS.

Cant think of any worst places I have visited, except maybe some relatives.
