What made you miserable today?

Yes, the emphasis on thoroughness and repetition in the instructions for the shampoos and combs makes it clear how hard it is. Did another round of shampooing at the weekend and will be combing daily. Will also get some stuff to wash clothes and bedding, and vacuum and shampoo the couch.

There is a special clinic you can get referred to if you've tried but failed to get rid of them yourself like me. I guess I'll try and get a referral from the doctor this week.

Its almost impossible to get rid of them here. The dogs get into weeds and dirt and pick them and bring them into the house. I take them in about once a month for an anti-flea and tick shot, it seems to help. I also have some spray stuff I put on them that kills fleas and ticks but its really sticky and is a big dirt collector. Its a losing battle.

Back pain.

I've been doing too much, and under too much stress. It's all weighing me down.

Also, my sleep has been really off, so that's adding to the horribleness.

I feel what made me miserable today was not doing as much as I should. Have you ever did something and thought to yourself “I can do a lot better”? If I didn’t put so much doubt into myself like that then I feel that miserable

I was sick last night with high BP. I took a couple pills I have for it and I feel better. But these dopey pills as I call them made me stupid all day.

Thank you! It's serious enough, but there are worse things/things with aspects I'm glad I don't have to deal with.
