That must have been somewhat surreal considering the circumstances.

Maybe it was really mine, from my past life or something
No, that's not right. I was in Asia in my past life. I mustn't say anything else.

The rarest thing I have ever seen was a moose! We were in Alaska, the moose was at the front door trying to get into the house. I was terrified! I had never seen a moose that close before.

That sounds awesome! I want to see a moose! But from a distance would be fine... 8)

A herd of springboks. I actually photographed them:

It sucks to see it this small but I can show you the full-size pic on the website.

That is awesome!!! I have seen those animals at the zoo in Memphis, but seeing them like that must be so much greater. Ah! Jealous!

They're African and their natural habitat is the savannah. I live in the Center-South coastal area, if I go a little south, to the desert, I could have the luck to spot these beauties. I also saw pythons, oryxes, wildcats and dik-diks. I love living here!
2 years ago I went out with my father to the beach and we found a pack of baboons crossing the road. And they were corssing it really slow like "we own this place, you wait, you humans!", it was amazing!

Just one more. This is a baby springbok:

I don't know what it was doing on its own, it's unusual to see an orphan.

That's so amazing! I have seen dik-dik's before too! They're so cute! I would probably die of happiness if I saw one in the wild. I must seriously reconsider my next home. 8)

It's amazing! It's a terrible thing that the government makes it really hard for foreigners to live here though. Unless you work in the construction industry or are a missionary/volunteer, people usually can't find a place here.

Ive always wanted to visit Africa, but I dont think I would want to live there with all the wars and terrorism thats going on.

I ran across something rare the other day, an honest used appliance dealer. Now that is unusual, especially around here.
