I think the things that might exist.
I know things like vampires don't exist but what about ghosts?! I mean this stuff might really exist and that thought terrifies me a lot

I'm afraid of falling. Not heights, just falling. I've gone into the CN tower in Canada which is insanely high up and has a part with a glass floor and I was fine, but if you ask me to go up a ladder that I don't trust, I will shake like crazy which makes things worse, haha.

Rabbits mostly.
Itty bitty tiny spiders.
Ghosts of dead people when i'm not expecting it.
Ghosts of children. I cant even watch movies about them, they freak me out too much.
Having an autopsy while i'm still alive.
Anything that has to do with the eye. Poking, fliping eyelids, pulling on eyelids... i got shivers just thinking about it. ugh. *shiver shiver*

Easter must be hell for you Laci.

You're afraid of tiny spiders so you'd be okay with a huge 10 inch spider on your leg?

Autopsy while I am still alive. Oh my god. I never used to be scared of that until you brought it up laci_baby, now I can't stop thinking about it, thanks for that. Its like something from a Saw movie. I think I might get a tattoo across my chest saying "Please, please, please make sure that I am actually dead!" :)

Oh...to have an autopsy while still alive....that's right up there with being buried alive...to scary to even digest.

I have to say, I've always been timid of grass, the idea of putting a blanket on the ground with worms and spiders and such are wiggling underneath is very unsettling.

I think I'm still scared of the rogue serial killer, I watch way too much 48 Hours Mystery and I loved the forensic path book, 'Dead Men Do Tell Tales', which is an amazing detailed review of forensics in terms of homicides....

Did you know MB, I think I am the only person in the world who has not seen "The Blair Witch". I have heard that American Psycho is really good. Hope you enjoy "Give me your Heart" I loved them and they are so short they are easy to reread.

Gannon, you might like Blair Witch, I went into it with no expectations, and at the time there had been nothing else quite like it. I'm on story number four of 'Give Me Your Heart', couldn't put it down on the ferry! Thanks again!

Glad you are enjoying it MB. I think my favourite of the ten would have to be "Smothered" Fantastic. :)

Getting old and sick and helpless and not even able to change my own diaper. Or losing one of my kids, that is very scary.

Yes, getting old, and being alone and helpless is indeed a fright.

Hi Gannon~
Hope to get to 'Smothered' this evening. :D

TornUpReaper~
That's interesting that you're not afraid of heights per se, but of falling. I guess I can see that. I was running the other day and almost did a face plant on the road and I was sort of shaky the rest of my run. Have you ever been in a serious fall?

I'm a scuba diver and though I've never been scared during a dive, (even night dives) I have nightmares about seeing dorsal fins circling me when I'm in the water.
Also, I home alone at night a lot and sometimes I think I've heard a noise and I just lay there sort of paralyzed with fear.

Sorry for this but this will be a bummer.

I hate dogs. I don't like them they bite and they growl like crazy.
They block my way so I can't enter a road. I have to find another road.
I hate them. Grrr!

You have no idea... ick. Easter. :(

Surprisingly enough big spiders dont freak me out. Tiny ones do because who knows what they're doing when your aleep... crawling in nose holes, and in your ears... nasty. Big spiders you would atleast feel BEFORE they failed at crawling in a hole. Again i go with ick...

Fran- As long as no ones a certain fuzzy creature Halloweens okay by me. Just ban bunnies..

Gannon- haha sorry! I didnt mean to add another fear... but you have to think... not much can be worse than that. ICK.

Mostly things that could actually happen....Usually it doesn't scare me when I'm watching the movie, but later that night when I'm in bed I begin to think about it and I'll have nightmares. Things like Texas Chainsaw Masacre and Halloween. I mean people go crazy everyday. Who knows what could happen and when........Mike, don't get any ideas ....

Magots.....icky...chills just thinking about it..

DEMONS!! I watched Paranormal Activity last year and I LITERALLY didn't sleep for a week. Everytime I would close my eyes I would see this hideous face of a wretched hellion...Imagine Smeagol with his skin all deformed and scarred like he'd been burned by Hell-Fire.... The reason it creeped me out so bad is that in Paranormal Activity you don't see the actual creature. Just shaddows and noises and the people acting funny while they're possesed. But when I tried to sleep I would see an actual demon face and I had this terrible feeling like something was watching me. Finally, I pulled out my Bible and laid it on my bedside table, I prayed and asked God to protect me, and the demon face never came back again. The creepiet part was that it wasn't the first time I'd ever seen such a hideous face. The first time was when I was like 12 or 13 years old. It was in a dream that I had that was so realistic it was scary. In the dream I came out of my bedroom to go get a drink, when I stepped into the living room my Mama was sitting on the edge of the coffee table, of all places to sit. She had her legs drawn up to her chest, she was naked, and her skin was all burned and scarred looking, her eyes were dark, she was staring at me in a very mischieviously evil way, with one arm wrapped around her body, and the other kind of half-streched out but still bent, and she was pointing at me. It was so realistic that I didn't realize I was dreaming at all until I woke up. Usually I can subconciously tell I'm dreaming. This is why I am so intent on the existence of the things themselves and not just demonlike personalities in humans. Some people have told me it was all in my head, but I don't think I'm capeable of coming up with that face on my own.

The idea of a Doppleganger freaks me out completely.

Ghosts don't scare me that much. Most of them are just innocents who can't find theire way to the other side. And even if they're mean spirits most of them can only say mean stuff and threaten you, they can't really do anything to you. Poltergiests, on the other hand, are a whole different story. They can throw things...

I'm with Mike on the spiders. They all creep me out a lot. Especially the itty bitty ones you can't see. But even the ones big enough to see creep me out so bad. I want them dead, but I can't kill them myself because I'm terrified that if I get too close they will jump on me. *shivers*
