I enjoy DIY stuff. With me its a neccesity in this old shack. I liked that one show that was and maybe still is on the Travel Channel. It was similar to This Old House where they would buy an old ramshackle house, fix it up and sell it for a profit. Dont remember the name of it.

I have seen ones like that one. There are a few of them on the air. I think one of them was called Flip This House, but I am not sure what channel it aired on.

I could never be attracted to a man who doesn't have manual skills ( like my dad ), my husband restored boats, /classic cars and houses, ( I helped w/the boat, it was FUN, EXCEPT FOR THE TEAK DECK, which was a bitch, it was a very old boat, we bought it for a song...
