Rosalia, Wn. The town cop had a 1951 GMC souped-up carryall and he would nail you for going one mile over the speed limit through the town or if you crossed a few inches over the almost non-existent center line he would get you for being drunk. If you didnt have the money to pay him off, to jail you went. Good place to stay away from.

Thermopolis Wyo. was like that. I got a ticket there for going 3 miles over the speed limit. The cop said I could pay him the fine of 25 dollars, he said he would see the court got it. Sure he did.

I got to go, Ive got a busy day ahead. Ive got to go to town then I have to help a friend move a trailer.

It turned out I didnt have to help with the trailer. My friend got her 19 year old nephew to do it. Thats OK, let the young guys do that kind of work.

Weaverville, N.C,................trust me, you don't wanna be there...one of those towns where I'd ask my husband: " so where is it ? " and he replied : " we just drove thru it " :o

For me, the worst place ever was Taipei, not so much because of anything that was wrong with it, but just because it brings back such horrible memories of things that happened while I was there. Let's just say that I am now divorced as a result of that experience.
And also, I was there right in the middle of the "swine flu" outbreak we had a few years back, and apparently, locals thought that they would die if they breathed the same air as Americans. People would openly cover their mouths or shield their faces as soon as they saw us. It was super rude.

Any one of the towns in eastern New Jersey just across the river from NYC. The whole area is a cesspool.
