Get well soon Fran, there is a stomach bug doing the rounds here as well so hopefully you will work your way through it soon, plenty of fluids and daytime tv will do the trick :D

Thanks guys for your concern. I got a few hours under the duvet and feel a lot better now. Going to have some soup now and take it easy for the evening.

I have to go see "The Smurfs" with my two sisters and my female cousin. Even though I have no interest in this what so ever, my mum will spit the dummy if I do not go. So the kind, considerate boy I am. I am going... In less then a hour..

I feel for you, Jacob. I never liked the Smurfs, either. When I was about your age I had to take a female cousin to some mushy, boring show(at least it seemed to me, a 12 year old) I wanted to see something cool like Radar Men From the Moon or Zombies From Space or Raw Guts on Iwo Jima or something with some class. But I toughed it out, and sat through some mushy thing with Bette Davis. The things us guys have to go through just to please the ladies.

Aha, yeah. Happens to me a lot these holidays, Final Destination 5 is showing in my cinemas. I told them we should go see that, but my cousin is not allowed to watch them and my sisters have no interest.

Ha, it turned out to be okay. We met up with other friends, there was one other male though... who is 29, but he still acts like a 12 year old around me.

Just saw Booker Short list & I am stunned that Snowdrops is on it and Sebastian Barry is not.
No accounting for taste obviously :?

Sad- 575 people have lost their jobs in Waterford today as the call centre Talk Talk will close in less than a month-the usual story of shareholders getting another few bucks by outsourcing the business to Asia. I know a few people who work there, had mortgages and kids etc, its very hard for them..

Sad news for the workforce. Hope they get a replacement in the near future.

Thats really crappy. They are doing that in the US, too. I just heard a few days ago, some big outfit in California, I dont remember who, closed up and sent something like 20,000 jobs over seas. Pretty soon everone will have to go to China or some crap country to get a job. Theres something wrong there somewhere. All those fat sleazy so-and-so"s getting rich by screwing the little guy. I dont know, it always been that way throughout history and it will never change until people change. Its a sad state of affairs when the goverment gives money and jobs to everyone else in the world yet their own people cant find a job because some dollar-a-day foreigner took theirs. :x

My lost cousin that came over seems to be an immature scrotum.

He told me to suck his junk, threatened to hurt me. So I make this squeaky noise on the treadmill. He yells at me, and I get the blame from my parents.

You really have an unusual turn of phrase Jacob ... and there was me thinking Aussies spoke English! I can have a guess at what an immature scrotum might be but what on earth does 'suck his junk' mean? Although hold on maybe I'd be better off not knowing!
But anyway your posts are entertaining.

Usually, I would be swearing my head off in a post like that. Saying the "F" word like 10 times per sentence. But I'm trying to cool myself off.
