I did feel a little bit bad the first time I ate kangaroo, especially as it is one of the two animals that appear on our coat of arms. I did ask the waiter to make sure that the kangaroo we were eating was not related to Skippy in any way at all. Hang on, hang on, Fran, how do you know who Skippy is?

@Ant
I am happy to hear that you have such a wide variety of beaches over there. We had a barbecue on the beach last night. It was beautiful having steak and snags watching the sun go down over the incoming waves. Especially because we have just bought these new beach chairs which are sooooo comfortable.

Being outdoors at the moment in the U.K is not very nice......it's freezing here.Wintermute wrote:My father is a big golf fan, so it gives me something to do with him. Also, being outdoors is nice, as groomed as it may be.
