This thread keeps me hungry. I've never tried Vietnamese food, I guess I'll have to put that on my list of to do things :) I love to experience different cultures and food to me is a huge part of that, and of course always makes it interesting and fun :)

pasta, baked beans and cheese.

I love artichokes...I also love eggplant, grilled or lightly battered and sautéed in a pan. Which I'm on an island by myself here, no one I know likes either. I really don't eat meat, besides fish..(certain kinds). I love to eat though, but not lately. I had crackers today and a weebit of soup, oh and tea.

i like eggplant subs, it may sound gross but actually their really good! they have this spaghetti sauce with melted mozzarella, and the eggplant is coated in italian breadcrumbs and cooked, mmmm so good!

Peanut butter and banana sandwich sounds good to me, I've been thinking about potatoes all day long :( I want a potato farm! Yummy!! :D

I'm soooo hungry!!

I love Japanese food. Not so much sushi (though I like it), I love good ramen, teppanyaki or teriyaki, udon etc. Yum!

Its on my list! :D haha, I just have to find a really good Vietnamese restaurant, I'll probably head to the city to find one.


I've been eating ALOT of yogurt lately...my favorite is mixed berries :)
