Good morning Gali!...

It's crazy isn't it, I joined this forum because I LOVE BOOKS AND READING............only to realize that I was reading LESS and less the more I posted...........

I admire you! although you post , you practice " moderation " ............not like some of us ADDICTS on here, myself included, but I'm working on it............

Presently, for me " less is more "

Hi Suzy and Gali

I hear you. I find myself getting sidetracked here for far too long.

There's definitely an " ADDICTIVE " aspect to it! , otherwise how can I explain giving myself an " allotted " time to be on here, and hardly EVER ABIDE by it!

Ylisa, whenever I see you on here I'm thinking: " uh-oh! ", she has Sooo much work to do...heeheee

Right now I have a list of things to do here in my house, but am I doing them? nope!, more fun to be on here w/you guys...

I always was a HEDONIST!

Before I knew anything about computers I heard they were addictive. I can believe it. I spend more time on it than I should, about 4 hours a day. If I worked a full-time job I probably wouldnt be on it much, there would be too much to do that would take up any spare time. Got to be careful and not get the laptop on my back.

Other than the obvious " time-wasting " aspects of this activity, ( when overdone ) my son-in law who practices family law told me that I wouldn't believe the percentage of divorces attributed to too much time husbands /wives, or both spent on computer...

Either husbands visiting Porn sites, or wives on the puter for hours on end at the cost of running a household and giving proper attention to husband and kids...
