Just the fact that McConnell was re-elected in KY tells one everything one needs to know...

It is Reid, honey...and I am glad to see him out of the position as well. Truth be told, I have no use for either of them. And Pelosi and Bohener can get lost as well.

I understand quite a few of last night's wins...but I cannot for the life of me see how Mitch McConnell (KY) got re-elected...or Wendy Davis lost the Gubernatorial Election in TX. Are voters REALLY that stupid...or just apathetic? How does someone convince you to vote against your own interests?

The main thing was to get him and his SOCIALISTIC ideas the hell outta there....His LYING and LAWLESSNESS were frightening to the people, that's why they threw him /them out...........( some candidates of his own party refused to say they even voted for him, in the end he was treated like some kind of " LEPER " )

Carla, in a disagreement it's more prudent,INTELLIGENT to " stick to the facts " rather than go PERSONAL, w/AD HOMINEN attacks , can you try that dahling ?

Always wise to take " the higher road " sweetie!....CLASSIER!

~right~

And Suzy...you know i always look to you as the pinnacle of intelligence and class...

1. Who are you referring to as "him and his socialistic" policies? My primary disbelief was regarding the re-election of Mitch McConnell who has done horrible things in the State of KY. And the rejection of Wendy Davis in Texas which stands for everything that Texas women say they want. And medical marijuana aside, I can completely understand why Crist didn't make Governor in Florida...having the man back in office isn't worth it...even if you can roll a blunt after work.

2, Are you against Social Security and Medicare as well...since they definitely fall squarely under the category of Socialistic Ideas? Do you really think the outcome of this midterm election is going to totally dismantle the ACA? Because if you believe that, I have swamp-land and a bridge to sell you.

3. You do realize that this backlash was as much against Congress (...with an approval rating hovering around 10%...) as it was The President...right? And that regardless of the midterm election outcome Barack Obama is the President of the United States and will be for the next two years...at which point, having served two consecutive four year terms, he constitutionally cannot run again. And like every President before him he still has the power of EO and the Veto. As a Lame Duck now...I can't imagine him having any compunctions at all about using them.

4. I enjoy intelligent political discussion more than most people, but I totally disdain sound bytes and generalizations...which is all I have ever seen fall out of your opinionated mouth. If you want to have an intelligent discussion...come off with something intelligent. And we will discuss it.

5. Lastly, using 200 point bold font certainly doesn't lend credibility to your case...and as the old axiom says: If you have to tell someone you have class or are a lady, you are neither.

Just saying.

Have a nice day.

I've tried to shut it down since the elections and have succeeded for the most part. Sabbatical time!
