you will sometimes see it written as The Koran - same book

It is all the same. The English word is just an attempt to say the Arabic word above.

There are different ways to transliterate the Quran. But from academia standards it's written Qur'an and it's with a "Q" rather than a "K", because the letter "Q" is the closest to the letter Qaf or "Q" in Arabic. Hope i didnt make this more confusing.

The holy book of Muslims is "Quran Majeed"

no necessary strictly Majeed. The Majeed is an attribute of the book so Qur'an Majeed, or more correctly with its defnate articles al-Qur'an al-Majeed would mean "The Majestic Qur'an". that's why sometimes you'll see al-Qur'an al-Kareem (The Noble Qur'an). but simple al-Qur'an or just Qur'an in this case is acceptable
