Do you read with or without glasses

Post by Imaginary47 »

Recently I find it more difficult to read with my glasses on. My eyesight is not good at all and I wear glasses every day. I found when I read without my glasses then my eyes do not get tired so easily. I love to read st night as well but then take my glasses off. What about you? Do you need reading glasses when you want to get lost into that novel of yours? :ugeek:

Ive been wearing glasses for as long as i can remember and I always have them on. Two months ago I was suffering terrible eye aches, dryness and tiredness. Embarrassingly it had been 4 yrs since my last appt, so I went and updated my prescription. Now things are much better. If I plan to read for an extended time Ill pop a few rewetting drops in the ophthalmologist gave me and that helps. I tend not to blink as much when Im really into a good book. Ive not tried reading without my glasses, id likely fall asleep especially in my bed :)

I've never needed reading glasses. Last time I went to the ofthalmologist she said that I have the best vision she has seen (pun intended) in a while
