I've never left the country. When I was a kid, we went to the ocean, and it was hotter than what we were used to. Either my brother or I left a crayon binder (a plastic open-close binder filled with crayons) in the back of the car, up behind the back seat, and it melted into one huge pile of multicolored crayon wax!!

My entire 45 and 78 RPM collection was reduced to a " bendable " LICORICE state!

Who knew!

The gorgeous aqua / torqoise color of the Chicago river running thru downtown....

As a New Yawkuh, i was used to the ugly / murky color of the East river in Manhattan...

Very reminiscent of the Caribbean, who knew ?
