Suzy, your posts about food always make me so very hungry!

Nothing fancy for our family tonight, just some good old-fashioned tacos made with beef and turkey, topped with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and fresh guacamole.

Mmmmm, nothing like chicken soup and some veggies.

Yay, tonight I don't have to cook. My husband is grilling angus burgers and sweet potato fries. I will probably throw together a garden salad or maybe serve a side of baked beans.

I think I am making a chicken and potato bake tonight. Kind of a lazy dinner, but it is so good. I literally throw chicken breasts, red potatoes and a large assortment of vegetables into a baking dish, sprinkle with a spice rub, slice lemons on top and then bake it in the oven. Quick and easy after a busy day of work. Easy clean up and more time for reading.

Taters can truly make the dish.

I just threw some pork chops into my slow cooker along with some potatoes They will simmer together in a buttery garlic sauce until dinner time.

Simple tonight. Grilled cheese sandwiches with homemade chicken tortilla soup, since it appears that winter is determined to stubbornly stick around.
