Crystals can heal you?

I was reading about this particular topic as of late, and it seems very interesting to me about the power of healing that crystals can provide one. Various crystals hold various healing properties that benefit the body, the same can be said when dealing with the mind because certain crystals can have an effect in the "psychological sense" as well.

I'm very interested in health topics in general and currently reading health books in this genre, so I'm looking to start topic discussions with others that share the same common interest. Thank-you!

I have never read any books about this topic, but I'm very interested in it as well! It's pretty common to see this kind of stuff here in Japan. I don't know that people actually "believe" that it works and worship the concept or anything, but you see crystal bracelets and their "healing powers" on display all over the place. Even in the cheap 100 yen shops (like, dollar stores)! And people are always wearing beaded bracelets. I wonder how much thought people put into choosing the correct stone for themselves or if they just go with the one that looks good to them. I had a specialist pick out an amethyst one for me, to reduce stress.

The thing about the book "Crystal Healing" is that they are composed on natural elements such as minerals that also can be found in the body, so when you think about it natural elements exist here on Earth that can be utilized for various health purposes.

We basically are blessed to have precious items such as crystals that can offer us answers when looking for medical remedies, this is of course after tapping into their hidden properties that can aid in the body's physical health and longevity.

That is true. That is why certain crystals go with certain body parts. They also go with certain chakras, too. Each chakra has its own color, it's own sound, and its own crystals.
