What particular book review is supposed to be Conducted? For example: a short 2 - 3 line sentence or an Official overall of the book it self.

I am not sure I understand your question. Reviews on books you got from the site should follow the official guidelines. Other reviews can be informal. Please keep in mind that one sentence does not constitute a review.
