book reading apps and websites

Hi, Hope everyone is well. I've recently started using book recommendation apps/website such as Goodreads. i'm doing research so i was wondering what are some struggles you've had with such apps or sites? What did you like about them? what features do you feel are most important for them to have? I appreciate any responses. Thanks in advance.
