Reading, or, game.

I'll ask which you'd prefer, somebody answers and offers another choice, the rules for this thread are that it must always be a choice between reading and something else. Don't let that lock you into a box, creativity is needed, wanted, and welcome!

Examples:
Reading the list of ingredients on your cereal box, or stepping in gum?
Re-reading an old favorite, or taking a walk on a crisp Autumn morning?
Reading the dictionary, or an encyclopedia?



So...reading a review of a movie, or watching the movie itself?

Watching the movie.

Reading a poem about a walk on a crisp Autumn morning, or watching a rerun of American Pickers?

Rereading a favorite book or watching your favorite movie?

Rereading favourite book.

Reading reviews, or the actual book first?

The actual book.

Reading the newspaper, or reviewing a book review?

Reviewing a book.

Reading historical fiction, or a history textbook?

Ohh that's a good one. I love history.

I would have to go with historical fiction.

Reading a history textbook, or watch a documentary?

Watching a documentary.

Reading a book to your child, or reading a Nicholas Sparks novel?

Reading a book to my child(ren) ( they all love to read)!

Reading a classic novel, or going for a swim.

Going for a swim (regardless of the fact that I don't know how to I just love being in the water)

Reading the time every 2 minutes, or reading a Quantum Physics textbook?

Quantum physics. I love a good science book!

Reading the obituaries or attending a funeral?

Attending a funeral, hearing stories of the person whose life is being celebrated (depending on how you look at their passing) is better.

Reading job listings, or reading car sales?

Car sales! Or job listings for car sales positions! Woo hoo!

Reading the instructions on how to put a bookshelf together or just putting the shelf together?

Just putting the book shelf together. I never read the instructions anyways.

Reading a book on medical coding, or reading a book on physiology?

I love physiology!

Reading the tag on a mattress, or just tearing it off?
