Thrift Shopping Purchase; Books

Post by ganjie7 »

A great key to finding awesome books at a cheap and low cost is searching the local goodwills/ thrift stores/ antique stores that are around your neighborhood. I stumbled upon the Hunger Games and Twilight series for a total of seven books I paid a grand total of (drum roll please.....) $10 for all seven books. I must say having all seven books is a charm to see on my at home bookshelf. I was glad to see that these seven books were all in mint condition. It was as if someone had purchased the books and didn't want to read the series so they donated the books. The statement of "one man's trash is another man's treasure" is true in this world. Would you go out looking for books at a thrift store now after hearing this heartwarming story? If you have gone thrift store shopping, what books have you found ?
