Problem with Amazon?

Is anyone else having problems getting purchases finalised by Amazon? I have purchased a BOTD for review but cannot get an email receipt issued by Amazon. I have been told to wait another 24 hours however that is too long for the acceptance of a review opportunity. Has anybody else had any similar problems with Amazon?

I am asking to vertify and not assume. What is BOTD?

Not being rude. Is there a change the original email went to spam folder?

If not, contact Amazon Customer Care. It takes 2 to 3 business days.

Need more information to go further. ?

Would it still show up in your order history? are you not recieving the book or just the e-mail that proves you got it? If the latter it should still show up in your history on your account I think. You may need a quick google check because Amazon can be a bit fiddly to navigate.

Ooo also check your other folders like SPAM as my amazon confirmations go there.

Yes,it will show in order history. Even samples show( they do for me but I have a Amazon business account.)

If you look in your digital orders under your order history, is the book listed there?

Amazon is always having some problem or another. Just give it time then it should clear up.
