I woke up, ate breakfast, and talked with my boyfriend on the phone. Right now I am doing my laundry and I just read the first few chapters of The Book Thief. I plan to do a lot more reading today. It's my day off. I had to work 5 days in a row, then 4 more days in a row after today. After that I get a 3 day weekend. Wooo Hooo! :D

Went for a long walk by the sea ... it's a fabulous day here. I then sat in the sun and read a couple of chapters of The Love Children by Marilyn French.

I'm not about to get some dinner and organise myself for work tomorrow

Ate an unhealthy breakfast, read a pile of boring documents, had a row on the phone, walked the dog, gave a tramp a sandwich.

Wells, let's see here.

I got up an hour early (6am) to spike my hair only to realize it was raining... after going to sleep at flippin' 3:46am...

Then picked up the giant mess my pup made of papers and etc.
Went for a brisk walk with her, got ready for school; then got annoyed once I got there that it wasn't raining...

Did state testing, sat for 2 hours cause I finished quick, and taught classmates how to do the math the following period... ugh, boring day.

Poked fun at people, almost got kicked in the head, chased a napkin around the b-ball court and grass for like 10 minutes (stupid wind...), and pickpocketed a book from a buddy.

And now, I am looking for a good picture of a cemetery for Vantage magazine on the article I'm writing/designing on anxiety disorders; with no such luck...

I woke up feeling sick with a cold. Laid in bed for an hour and decided I would come to work anyway. Only because yesterday was my birthday and I was afraid if I didn't come in today everyone would think I celebrated too hard.

Today I gave a bunch of my books that I no longer wanted to a local used bookstore. I was given a $72 credit. Awesome! Free books for awhile. :D :D

Great deal, well done on that! If you look around you will find plenty of excellent books for that money.

Woke up to my cat purring and snuggling my face then bit my ear because she knew I was ignoring her. Got lost in a book store (heaven  ), finally got rid of the headache I've had for over a week, made a pecan pie (matts favorite), tanned a little while I pulled weeds out of the garden, read a few chapters in my new book, made a lovely dinner for the husband and spent the rest of the night curled up watching movies and trying to bring up more topics on the forum...
It was a pretty good day. :D

This looks like an interesting thread, glad you dug it out, Laci. Today. Well, my dog got me up at 6, she said Daddy I gotta go dump. I made coffee, piddled around on the computer for a while, had corn flakes and papaya for breakfast, washed dishes, shoveled out my house, I shovel it out once a year if it needs it or not. I went to the store and bought a few things, plunked on my banjo for a while, went to the neighbors and swapped lies for a few minutes. By then it was lunchtime so I made a peanut butter and pickle sandwich, plunked on the banjo some more, read for a while. I made a salad and fried onions and peppers for dinner, now Im on the computer waiting for a friend to come online then Ill probably watch some crap movie, theres no TV here, then go to bed. Tomorrow I may do something exciting so I will have something different to post on here.

Ugh. Today my husband forced me to go to the ER. I've had the stomache flu for about a week but the last couple of days I've had a 103 temp and my throat hurts. My tongues completely swollen and I can't breathe. Ugh. Anyway. I went to the ER and they said I have bronchitis as well as the stomache flu. So not only do I have a throat so swollen there's only a dime size amount of room in it, I can't keep the food that I can't eat. Awesome...
