How can I do better for my next review?

Some grammar rules (and embarrassing mistakes!) transcend the uniqueness of different regions and style guides. This new International Grammar section by OnlineBookClub.org ultimately identifies those rules thus providing a simple, flexible rule-set, respecting the differences between regions and style guides. You can feel free to ask general questions about spelling and grammar. You can also provide example sentences for other members to proofread and inform you of any grammar mistakes.

Post by Lindiwe Modisane »

My review score was not so great, I would like to know how can I improve my grammar?

Hi, Lindiwe. I had the same experience when I did my first review. I scored only 9%. To check my grammar, I use the New Oxford American Dictionary and two grammar books I found on Amazon: The Only Grammar Book You'll Ever Need: A One-Stop Source for Every Writing Assignment . Kindle Edition. by Thurman, Susan; Shea, Larry. and Actually, the Comma Goes Here: A Practical Guide to Punctuation Kindle Edition by Cripps, Lucy.
These books are an invaluable resource for me. Don't rely on grammar apps. They miss alot.

I think most of us on here had to go through a learning process. This link helped me score higher on my reviews. I hope it works for you:
