Amazing Grace by Josh Wilson, done on acoustic guitar and a bit more up tempo that traditionally done. Quite excellent!

Not all of her songs are without vocals, but some of Lindsey Stirling's instrumentals are amazing. She does covers of action songs in video games, as well as write her own songs and collaborates with other artists. She's a violinist.
