Alzheimer's patients have good outcomes too, especially when the music is tailored to them personally.

Yes of course. My mom died recently and all I have to do is to play Hillsong and music that would allow me to remember all the good times we had. It pains but it healed afterward.

To me music heals because at some point in my life I lost hope of moving on but each time I listen to music. I have enough reason to let go and move on

I definitely think music heals. It connects us to us and everyone around the globe. It's the global language to so speak. We may not understand each other's languages, but we understand and connect with good music. You could say it heals our global differences. I think music is especially healing if you're going through a tough time. There is almost always a song for how you're feeling, and it heals you to remind you, that you are not alone. We all feel the same feelings.
