This post is simply for my own curiosity, I want to see how people not accustomed to kpop view the music

I'm a huge fan after discovering them around three years ago. The production value is incredible, the dance moves, the music videos and the general aesthetic is so much better than anything I have seen before. Plus, the tunes are so catchy and upbeat!

I discovered the kpop community a few years back and I'm afraid I can't leave haha. It's a cutthroat industry that almost makes you not want to help finance, but you end up getting so attached to the idols. But even so, the music that comes from them is honestly amazing.

Two of my sisters are into kpop! Though I can't see myself in short term loving kpop, I can join in with my siblings whenever they talk about it.

I am not a fan of any K-Pop group but I am always amazed by their choreography whenever I see their music videos

I was
really into kpop around 2012-2014, as were most of my friends when we were younger. Unfortunately I sort of grew out of loving it, but I still occasionally listen to SHINee for old time's sake

There's so much that I didn't know before knowing K-pop. It's like a different universe.
A lot of music exists simply for profit but but but in K-pop a music doesn't make it until it connects with people, because there's always something better. And that makes other idols/bands/artists do better.
And saying that i, in no way encourage the unhealthy lifestyle that idols have to live through.

I honestly don’t like them before. With so much of their funs, it’s getting toxic for me. However, as I listened to most of their songs, it really gave me the chills. Now, I can’t dismiss their underrated masterpieces.

Kpop has been the trend in today's generation, and they have so many fans. Well, I cannot degrade them; their music is good, and their choreography is just smooth and catchy. Every release, they have always become the trend.

K-POP is one of my favorite genres. EXO is my favorite group, and Taemin is my favorite artist.

The only thing I know about K-pop is the BTS, other than that I know nothing. But I love the sound and aesthetics that evolves around them.
