Favourite modern poets/poems?

I love poetry a lot & write it myself but sadly I'm not really super into the community yet and don't really know many poets. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Try Lang Leav! She already published three books entitled: Love and Misadventure, Lullabies and Memories. So good! I highly recommend.

I have been reading 'Chasers of Light' by Taylor Knott Gregson and he is so my favorite.
