I really like tge title. its intriguing. apart from that the characters sound like they have depth. The book deserves the book of the Month rating. The cover page is kinda dark though.

This book was really good. Despite it being a historical fiction, there were still prevalent themes of romance, action, drama. Plus the characters and story line were well written. It leaves it opened to more books. I rate it as 4 out of 4 stars.

I love the book especially when it got to do with romance I must admit but I also love historical fiction...Well done, great book and I will also recommend it to those who haven't read it, I rate it 3 out of 4 stars

The story line is awesome, the interactions between the characters is quite on point, the world building is great, and I also find the magic system fascinating, the historical details is quite cool as well and I will not forget to add that the romance in the book is quite nice. Really good combination of ideas by the writer.

I'll rate it 4/4

Travel back to a time where strong Celtic women find themselves influencing Clansmen, Kings and Queens. This ancient time is set in Rome a very good idea for this type of book and ALSO on the Southeast Coast of Britannia where fantasy, mythology, medieval practices, politics, religion, Celtic culture, the Roman Empire So we have two action spaces and they make the book more interestinf .The most important factor is the romance that brings about this fictional tale tailored by well researched history, archaeological evidence supported with a cast of fictional and non-fictional characters artfully woven in by a very skilled writer like Linnea Tanner.

I couldn't put the book down
I was thrilled by the story line
It opened my mind I was able to see the environment the characters were in
By the way I don't remembe the characters someone to remind me

I rated this book as 4 out of 4 stars. I really enjoyed the setting and imagery. Additionally, I found the villains to have interesting motives.

One thing I really enjoyed about this book is how the prophecy was handled. I have read too many books when a prophecy is treated as something that is unchangeable. Free will is never taken into account. I know often the subjects of a prophecy cause their own destruction because of free will, but here they were able to alter it. I think that scenario is just as likely to happen in some cases. One just has to make the right choices.

This comment made me think the book is not for me. Words such as disappointment and lack of conclusion are things that I do not want to feel after reading a book.

I just finished reading this book and its a book i felt i wont want to repeat. The characters were well developed but i felt something was missing to be a great novel. WIll still give it a 3. The author did a good job.
