I tried reading the sample and didn't have the patience for it. It focused too much on the importance of fly fishing that it was starting to turn me off.

Women, love, relationships
I rate 3 out of 4 stars, am not a fan of women stuff though I enjoyed it a little bit.

Beautiful review, I like your comments on the book. I like a book that takes me on an adventure with the characters.

This is a contemporary women fictional novel that revolves around five women who bond over fly fishing. The plot was interesting the characters were developed masterfully. I rated the book 3 out of 4 stars and appreciated the well-written onlinebookclub review.

I am just wondering how come I didn't comment on this review previously. Well, it seems fly fishing is no longer sport for men as women are very much in it.

Thanks for showing us that at times adventurers can abandon their quest just to rescue a life in distress whenever the duty calls.

I agree with you that this book deserves a perfect four-star rating.

Thanks for your in-depth review.

I would never choose a book about fly-fishing, so thank you for sharing that it delves deep into the friendships of the women too. I think I would be able to relate to them, despite being against fishing.

I read the review of The Reel Sisters by Michelle Cummings. This review has been written by Dancinglady, what an attractive name dancinglady is!
The person having attractive name has given us an attractive review of the reel sisters. Five women from five different and diverse backgrounds are connected to each other by the game of fly fishing 🎣. They have the will power of building strong relationships in addition to this game. Thanks for the good review.

Thank you for the lovely review! Today's BOTD is one of adventure, friendship, nature, and sisterhood. Although I am not a fisherwoman, I still find the storyline engaging because of the togetherness aspect that the book promotes. We all have our differences - opinions, beliefs, race, SES - but finding a common ground allows us to see that our differences were never barriers, but instead opportunities for growth, friendship, and self-discovery. :-) This sounds like a wonderful read for all to enjoy. Congrats!

A book that tells about friendship and some tidbits about fly fishing. It looks kinda cool but sad say I may find it hard to relate about fly fishing. Anyways, your review is a great help for those who might find it an interesting read.

In this story author shows that the women are fly fishing and it could mean that fly fishing together could bring the reel sisters together because during fly fishing mind is calm, and various thoughts with feelings pop out of mind. When these thoughts are shared a nice bondage is formed between members of the group. The author has nicely weaved the story around this fly fishing.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

Thanks for the thorough review. I am currently reading this one. Even though the characters Rose, Sophie, Veronica, Amanda and Melody are different from each other, they are quite relatable and lovable characters. Even though it has quite a detailed description about fly fishing it doesn't take away the essence of the story about these women and their struggles. I am absolutely loving this book.

A story that encourages deeper friendships and also provides nuggets of wisdom and encouragement is a winner to me!
