I don't know if I can get The Winter of the Witch by Katherine Arden and In an Absent Dream by Seanan McGuire as easily. I don't have access to a library to get physical copies right now and I'm trying not to buy books. Feel free to read those two among you two. I do have White Stag by Kara Barbieri and can start that one whenever.gali wrote: ↑08 Jan 2019, 14:13 @Gravy @hsimone I have got the books (The Winter of the Witch by Katherine Arden, In an Absent Dream by Seanan McGuire, White Stag by Kara Barbieri). We can start one of them (maybe "In an Absent Dream") and the rest next week or the week after, if you want to.
hsimone, we can start Diviners sometimes this month, if you want to.
Cool on the Diviners! I have an e-book on hold right now. I can let you know when I have it, so we can start.

I've never heard of it before this, but I'm willing to give it a try! I just put a hold on an e-copy. I'll let you know when I have it, so we can start!

You can't get them as ebooks from your library? There is no rush. We can start reading when you get them. The Winter of the Witch is the third book in the trilogy, so you have to read the others first.hsimone wrote: ↑08 Jan 2019, 20:45I don't know if I can get The Winter of the Witch by Katherine Arden and In an Absent Dream by Seanan McGuire as easily. No problem.

What is grief, if not love persevering?
Grief is just love with no place to go.

I can do White Stag whenever (yay arcs!), but don't have either of the others, yet.gali wrote: ↑08 Jan 2019, 14:13 @Gravy @hsimone I have got the books (The Winter of the Witch by Katherine Arden, In an Absent Dream by Seanan McGuire, White Stag by Kara Barbieri). I'm hoping to have them soon...but can't guarantee when.
But would be thrilled to move forward with White Stag!

Yeah, the library I'm using right now typically doesn't get newer books in e-book format until they've been out for a while. Pretty inconvenient actually. I got confused about The Winter of the Witch...gali wrote: ↑08 Jan 2019, 23:06You can't get them as ebooks from your library? There is no rush. We can start reading when you get them.
