I think More Heavens Than One means: human is destined to more than one lovers. But if even earth only has one heaven, why does human will have more than one.

Love can be complicated when a woman sets her sights on a man who is considered off limits. In her romance novel, More Heavens Than One, Jennie Linnane writes about forbidden affection and how settling for a less than desirable alternative can only be masked over for so long until true emotions come spilling .
I am curious about Jancy's story. A captivating story about forbidden love and family relationships. Being a fan of romance novels, I will add this one to my TBR list. Plus, it is well edited. Thank you for the lovely review! :tiphat:

I'm not the biggest fan of sentimental romance stories, so I'll have to pass on this one. I'm glad you enjoyed the book, though. Thanks.

I've always been intrigued about issues surrounding forbidden love, and would like to see how the family adjusts from the hustle and bustle of city life into the quieter one of rural living. I think I'll also enjoy the clean romance as well. Thanks for the review.

After only reading the first paragraph, I was going to skip this book. But after reading the whole review and knowing that even if you're not a fan of romance novels, that you're recommending it to others makes me want to read it.

I'm not a fan of romance genre but the review about this book gave an impression of strong and vivid characters, which I like in books. The strength of the family and the farming challenges only makes the story more appealing. I might want to read this one.

Thanks for the review, but I dislike both romance - especially when it's forbidden - and coming-of-age, so this book is definitely not for me.

The plot of the book seems interesting. Jancy a young girl, the way she sees life and her growing up into a young woman all seems to be quite intriguing. Thanks for the wonderful review.

The reviewer explicitly made good analysis and summary of the book. Therefore, I would like to read the book to find out more about the adventure and love story of the main characters.

I agree with you on several points. Since I also read her book Ironbark Hill, I think that this novel will be captivating as well. And, like you, I am not particularly a fan of romance novels, but know that I will have to make an exception in this case. This is definitely going on my "want to read" list. Thank you for your excellent review!

Wonderfully written review and I really enjoyed the first couple chapters of this book. Like the reviewer, I’m not into romance novels but this is clearly a story of a woman’s life, not just romance. And I love the Australian setting!
