Thanks for the review. It seems that the title is definitely misleading. I'm not sure how I would feel about the time jumping, even though you stated that it isn't confusing. If there is lots of it, sometimes I may get confused as to what was happening at a certain time. I think the overall gist of the book sounds so much better than what the title made it sound like. It definitely sounds like a sci-fi novel with all the elements of psychology, physics, astronomy, history, and more. I don't usually mind books like that, but with lots of blood and guts can turn me away. I'm glad you liked it and gave it 4 out of 4 stars though.

For me, the title is controversial and something I rather not make myself curious to find out what the role of God in the book is. Happy reading to the fans of this genre!

This sounds like an interesting read! Time shifts are always hard to write, so I give credit to the author even for the attempt. I’ll definitely add this to my “want to read” bookshelf!

I occasionally read historical fiction, but I'm not sure I want to read one that includes aliens and occult societies. The title of the book isn't welcoming for me as well. Nice review though.

What a great review! The title is the first thing that caught my attention, from which it's easy to deduce that this is not an ordinary book. It is definitely worth reading.

A great example of a time shifting novel that incorporates and merges conspiracy topics such as aliens with historical fiction. The contrast from something as far forward as alien life and the Nazi reigeme for example, is well described and often you can picture the settings given in the book. The initial feel of the book is one that throws you into the action. It can be hard to keep up with it but if you isolate each individual section, it is easier to digest.

Not my normal idea of a bedtime read but a good one nonetheless.

I do like the intellectual challenge of the book, and it sounds like I would want to binge read from cover to cover in order to have all the thoughts connect immediately. What a great piece of literature for sharing and expanding ideas with other curious minds!

I'm usually wary of books that include God in its title. But I'm glad the book review on this clarified that this book does not intend to attack any religion.

This book is perfect for a reader that likes stimulating material and can follow complex ideas.

You had me at this line. As a nerdy guy who grew up on a variety of sci-fi material, following complex scientific ideas is somewhat easy. I'm looking forward to reading this book!

Good review. I’m interested to see how this book was writtten. I like an intellectual challenge and am not bothered by blood, gore, or violence. Time shifts are interesting so I’ll keep an open mind and read this book.

It seems like quite sophisticated story, but not the least tempting. After reading review and sample I can't wait to get this book! It is not often you find something this well thought out and well written.

When I first read the title of this book I thought it was an attack on Christianity. Now that I've read your review, I can say that I am deeply intrigued. I have never heard of a group that was devoted to killing God. The idea of God remains hotly debated to this day, so I can certainly understand why you would consider this to be a very intellectual work. I look forward to reading this soon since I'm a big nerd with a love for gory scenes and philosophy.

This sounds like it was a very challenging book to review! A complex and intricate plot to follow with difficult concepts, PLUS take-aways that can’t really be discussed without spoilers. Great job writing about it! It sounds like individual reader reactions may run the gamut on ratings based on their own personal tastes, but it sounds like you did your best to be objective and appreciative of what the book offers.

It doesn’t sound like it’s for me- I generally avoid historical fiction that involves aliens in any way

- but I am curious about / interested in how the religious themes are handled in the book.
