I'm still trying to decide what I think of it. Overall, I think I would give it 3 stars. Some of it was just out of my grasp and the concepts new to me.
I didn't notice anything in particular. The book, in its entirety, looked well edited to me. However, I do agree with you that some of it was really tough to comprehend and digest. I think acceptance of this book does depend on personal beliefs, but I admire the author's thought behind writing it.

I have not read this book yet, and I'm still trying to decide if I should give it a try. I am not spiritual or religious, and although I definitely believe in the importance of incorporating mindfulness activities in our lives, I don't really buy into any mystical-type beliefs or practices. Is there still something in this book that will be useful for me, or will I be too turned off by the "spiritual awakening" part of the book?

The Unbound Soul by Richard L. Haight is about spirituality and entertainment. The area discussed in the book is unique. Hence, It may not help all readers. If a person is interested in the topic, this book will certainly help him. This novel is not for all. Good, this book is properly edited. I would give it 3 out of 4 stars.

I have recently become interested in meditation so I decided to give this book a try. I haven't finished reading it yet but the beginning was very inviting, it took me a minute to completely understand everything I read but it was worth it. I especially liked how the author explains why the book is set up the way it is and how it helps you. I cant wait to finish it.

Oh my, a grub worm would be too much for me as well. I have yet to read this book, but it certainly seems like a decent one, from all the opinions here!

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the book because I could not relate to many of his actions; but because this book wasn't for me personally does not mean that others won't like it! I'd give it a 3 out of 4 stars for its profound message, even though it definitely wasn't a book for me.

While I’m not a huge fan of spiritual books, this one seems useful for me.

The more I read reviews and comments on this book, the more I do not want to read the book. I might change my mind though but for now can't find any compelling reason to do so now

I liked this book, though usually I'm not into spiritual books. I like reading about religion as nonfiction or history, and this was a bit more personal than I usually like. I'd give it a 3 out of 4 stars. I'm Hindu and did appreciate that the author included reincarnation as a theme. And I liked that there was some humor as well.

Hmm...what I liked about this book is how well written it is. What I don't like about this book is the author's version of spirituality. When I first started to read this book I figured that it was going to go down a path I wouldn't agree with, but I read further and I was like, oh maybe this will go differently. But my views started to pick back up from the beginning when he mentioned going to friends to help him with his ankle pain and drinking "natem" to go through a lesson about how there will be an awakening and incarnation. Me being a Christian, I agree with the spiritual realm, but I also believe that we are not to dable, per se, with the spiritual realm. I won't go too much into depth of my personal feelings, but I couldn't read any further due to not agreeing with the contents of this book.

I am very eager to read the book after browsing through the the introduction and what was written about the author. Books about enlightenment and spirituality is a very refreshing read for everyone. As mentioned by other reviewers, it is a personal experience, such that you absorb what your heart desires and you comprehend what your mind has been preconditioned and what you think is applicable to you. You are able to reach out as far as your free will desires. Something keeps me from downloading the book. There is but one option-- Kindle unlimited. May it be downloaded on just Kindle ? :?:
