I’m a stickler at having to read book in order. This has caught my interest but I would have to read the first one. I want to know how and why Gwen was poisoned and what Alex is goes through to find her cure. I will put the series on my list to read.

A fantasy/sci-fi vibe sounds like my kind of book! I do prefer to read a series in order, despite there being sufficient information to read this book, without having read the first book. I'll add it to the pile of things to read.

The review indicates that this trio travels to various planets and that the descriptions used are well written and entertaining. I'm not a big fan of sci-fi but the story is interesting. I like that Angel's are involved and seeking to help a human find the Tree of Life. This sounds like a good book and I'm glad it can stand alone. I will definitely read this book. Congrats on BOTD

Let me start by saying, I am so Inlove with the book cover, it will look beautiful framed. The story is interesting and it sounds like one amazing ride. When I saw the name Gwen, I was immediately reminded of Merlin. I will definitely be reading this soon. Great review.

This book sounds like it would make a good fantasy movie. It's good to know that this is a stand-alone sequel to the first book. Thanks for the amazing review.

Great review! I’m always hesitant when a BOTD is not the first in a series but glad to know that this book, #2, gives enough information to stand on its own. I do love a good fantasy story with some romance thrown in so looking forward to it!

An exciting fantasy novel "Genesis (The Infinity Series, Vol.2)" by Bellamy Westbay, which revolves around angel named Alex and his friends when they are on the pursuit to find the killer, who kidnapped and poisoned the human with whom Alex was in love. This story appears to be quite entertaining to read.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

I like the premise of searching for the guardians that hold the keys to the Tree of Life. And it is always nice when a novel out of series is able to stand alone. Thank you for your very thorough and interesting review!

I find it interesting that this book has some strong sexual content since books that have this level of fantasy tend to be geared towards younger readers. Maybe times are just changing faster than I know when it comes to acceptable content for young readers. Then again, this book could have been geared towards an adult audience. Who knows?

I love this kind of adventure/quest book. It somewhat reminds me of the MMORP games I used to play when I was younger in which the player had to complete different quests in order to unlock certain things. Thank you for the review, I will certainly read it!

Sounds like an interesting series. Thanks for explaining that reading the first book isn't entirely necessary. I had wondered that while reading the sample. Good review!

The book sounds mysterious and intriguing. Great description, several interesting characters (in the sample I read), and a story line that keeps things moving at a good pace for the reader! Not my favorite genre, but congrats on #BOTD.

Genesis (The Infinity Series, Vol.2) by Bellamy Westbay sounds like a great read, a creative version of the story of Adam and Eve and their fall from grace. I will read it. Great review!

I agree with the official review in that I was apprehensive about this book because it was second in a series and I hadn't read the first. After reading the sample though, I really enjoyed they characters and it didn't seem to matter. I would definitely enjoy reading all the books in this series.
