Piper, a teen with emerging self- awareness, finds herself in a predicament, between taking care of her brother,
a father, who cannot deal with the loss of his wife and a boyfriend who dumped her. This book is, good and captivating, because one wants to know what happens , next. the review is good.

I started reading the first few chapters and I stopped so I could go back and read the first book in the series. I was worried about being lost and not knowing what was going on, but after reading your review I think I'll just continue with this one. I'm hooked on the story and can't wait to see where it ends up. Thanks for the informative review!

I feel the rating is appropriate as the reviewer said they couldn’t find any editing errors. I also agree with the reviewer, after reading the sample, the story is easy to follow even though it is the second book in the series.

I feel like I would need to read the first book in order to grasp the second one better. But from what I have read it is great.

I think that I am going to love this book! I am intrigued by your thoughts and I want to read the first story now as well! The art work on the cover piqued my interest as well as the sample. I live the way that the characters travel to different planets and am looking forward to reading the description of them. Thank you!

The review makes the story more interesting. The narrative reminds me of the story of the Garden of Eden, the tree of Life in the Bible, how Adam and Eve are exiled and how God sends his Son out of love for humanity to reconcile us to Himself.

I love when books can be understood well without reading previous books in the series, and I know it takes effort to do that. I might check this series out because I think it would be quite interesting! Thanks for the review!

I'm glad that the author included enough background about the characters in this book. I'll definitely make it a point to read the first book just so I can enjoy the story more. I like the Genesis spin off. Very intriguing.

Interesting read. The idea of obtaining keys to grant immortality for a friend is quite touching and the quest is quite adventurous, I imagine. The review promises a page-turner.

The combination of sci-fi and sexual content is not my cup of tea, but I appreciate your engaging review.

I don't agree with the whole concept portrayed in the novel. Furthermore, romance books aren't for me. Sorry. Thank you for your kind review.

this sounds like a good book, it is also good to know that the fact that you did not read the first one does not affect the flow of the second one.

Sounds like an exciting book, but I don't normally read about paranormal and the cursing was a bit much for me. Thanks for the great review

Sounds like paranormal romance with a neat scifi twist. Might have to try this one. Thanks for your review!
