The language and style of writing were very simple, clear and comprehensible. I fully appreciate the practical exercises given by the writer. Also, the book is ordered and edited well. Thus, I would surely recommend reading this brilliant novel and rate it with 4 out of 4 stars rating.

I have not read the book yet and I really do not intend to as it does not appeal to me.

I rated this book 4 out of 4 stars. I found humour which I never expected to begin with. The writing is well done and the author's experiences are life lessons. I also loved the inclusion of different religious beliefs.

I gave this book a 1-star rating. I really was not interested in it. I felt that as the book went on it got more and more redundant and quite honestly, it started to contradict himself. The most particular moment I can think of that felt contradictory was his warning about using hallucinogenic methods and less than a page later he said to do it if you feel like you're called to it. A lot of it just seemed like ramblings to me.

I have read the first ten pages of this book. I had found errors. I also found other topics which I did not agree on. I had decided to bypass reading this book.

I am glad to hear someone else say this. I was very excited to read this book. When I read through the first part I felt like I had to keep going back and tracing my steps to figure out what he was saying sometimes. The story was great, it just felt jumbled. Then the rest of the book is amazing. I thought maybe it was just me after seeing some of the comments about the “pristine editing”. I’m happy that I’m not alone. I would love to give this book 4 stars but I just can’t bring myself to do so because of the first part.

I haven't read the book, but I have read the review. It seems to be an interesting book with the theme of spirituality. The inclusion of anecdotes would be great. I will go for this book.

I like the fact that the author knew how to build up the facts in the book hence making it to flow well and the book is also easy to read. For this, the book deserves a perfect rating. It seems that it was professionally edited too.

This is on my "want to read" list, as I'm always keen to hear fresh views in the self-help genre. I'm pleased to hear about the humour in it since this is one of the best healers of all. Looking forward to reading it after seeing the generally positive responses.

aolayide wrote: 01 Mar 2019, 13:09 My overall opinion of "The Unbound Soul by Richard L. Haight " is that it is full of spiritual insights and thought-provoking events. It made me reflect on the good or bad choices we make and I actually believe that what this author has written is a mirror for everyone. What I like least about the book is the beginning. I could not really follow the direction of the story until I got to Chapter 1. However, I would recommend this book to anyone who is on the verge of giving up or who thinks life lacks a purpose.
I would rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because it is pretty straight forward and the experience of the author is properly illustrated and full of in-depth meanings.
Thanks a lot for the recommendation. I haven't read it yet and usually i avoid such books but now i think i should give this book a try cause i feel myself on the verge of giving up sometimes.
Thanks a lot.

I found the book to be well written with few spelling and grammar errors. Some of the content, though, was disturbing. The author describes how some of his practices open up a person to demon spirits. I felt this chapter should have contained a warning to readers to consider the consequences of his suggested practices before beginning to participate in such activities. He was able to determine what was happening and knew how to respond to the situation. Other readers might be too frightened or confused to know how to respond to the presence of evil spirits. I would not recommend this book to others.

Oh wow... 😯 Thank you for the warning @kdstrack . You're the first to mention this and I've now changed my mind about reading it. Don't like any of that kind of stuff...
