I don't like cliffhangers as I hate waiting for the next book in the series, especially if the book is interesting and this one seems to be rather exciting with angels, travelling to other planets and other galaxies, searching for the Tree of Life and the immortality fruit - all this seems pretty engaging. This book is the second one which also ends in a cliffhanger. I believe I will wait for the last part or parts of the book to appear and will read the whole bunch. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Fans of fantasy-adventure novels must be excited to read this. The plot is not so new but it promises a full-packed, suspensful and mysterious book. I wonder about the title-- how it relates to the story and the cover is creative and attractive. Congrats!

Wow, so even though it was the second novel you read it anyway? Usually, I don't like doing that but there have been a few times I've done it on accident. It sounds like though to me that even though this was the second book you didn't really notice except for some in-depth scenarios that seemed to be missing. This book really sounds good, it almost makes me want to read it first and the first one later lol. Thank you so much for your review, I'll look for the first one now and add both to my list.

From a sampling, while I have not read the first novel, this seems like an interesting fantasy/romance novel. While romance is not my favorite genre, it is still worth a look. The idea of a Tree of Life cure seems like a good item to place as the goal. Well done.

The romance part of the novel appeals more to me. It's nice that the book can work as a standalone, but I'd rather read the first book before this one. Nice review.

Thanks for the engaging review! This book sounds like it would be a good fit for me! I've added both book one and two to my to-be-read shelf. I agree that since this book is part of a series that I'd prefer to read book one first before diving into book two. But the storyline sounds like one that will hook me in and keep me engaged the whole way through as the characters work to find three keys to open the tree of life.

I’m not sure how I feel about the adult content, but the story sounds intriguing. I’ll check it out.

I like your review and the plot reminds me of Greek myths that I have read about. I like the elements of space travel and the paranormal because I too am a fan of those genres. This book also reminds me somewhat of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. I love the cover art and the fact that it is a series making for some interesting plot twists.

Thank you for your review. While I appreciate that you don't have to have read the first in the series to follow this story I have found with other series that claim the same thing that I have difficulty "catching up". I might find the series and give it a try.

Genesis The Infinity Series seems to be very interesting. From the review I gather that it's about a fallen Angel name Alex who is desperately trying to save his human love Gewn. I like that you don't have to read the first book to be able to understand this one. However, I look forward to reading this series as well as the series before and after it. The reviewer did mention that it ended with a cliffhanger. Great review.

I'll have to pass on this book. I'm not a fan of the language or sexual content. Thanks for the review - I found your insights interesting. For me, it's not ideal to skip the first book in a series, but it's cool to know that some books make the adjustment easier :)

The notion of a Tree of Life with an elixir, in this case, fruit that can grants immorality is the substance of fantasy. This cast of characters travels to multi-dimensions in an effort to save their friend. Further building on the creative storytelling technique is the idea of completing tasks for gatekeepers in exchange for keys, keys that lead to the Tree of Life and ultimately, to the fruit that will save Gwen. The novel’s description certainly builds as an action-filled quest that will enthrall fantasy and fiction lovers alike.

I don't usually read romance, but lucky for me, I won a copy of today's BOTD! Yay! Your review was interesting and convinced me to give it a try! While I'm not a fan of cliffhangers, this sounds like one I can handle. Thank you so much and happy reading! :-)

It's not my genre, but I read the sample. Interesting plot, engaging dialogues, and unique characters. Plus, it is well edited. I can easily say that fans of fantasy & paranormal romance will enjoy it!
