I like the idea of a romance novel with developed female characters. Great review!

Although the book seems well written and deep, and the characters fully developed, the topic doesn't appeal to me at the present. Maybe I'll just have to wait for the right time for this female-empowering read.

Lunastella wrote: 09 May 2019, 10:44 This is, definitely, a book for me. It seems like such an empowering read! I love reading well-developed female characters and it's great that these two women showcase that female friendship is, indeed, possible, because we're often portrayed as only capable of rivalries with other women. The witty dialogues and humor are amazing too!
This book will go straight to my to-read shelf. Thank you for your enthusiastic review!
Thank you! Hope you enjoy reading it.

Wtf is British English in a book? Books aren’t American or British they are books not people. Also the reviewer harping on the fact this book is a romance is putting the stigma of romance novels on the book. They should have just focused on the summary and the good things about it, not how it’s a romance novel.

Thanks for giving it a shot! Enjoy.

CLM1978 wrote: 09 May 2019, 12:23 I don't usually read erotica books, but just a few pages I read made me want more. Especially when one got dumped in the middle of a meal and he lol stayed long lol enough to eat lol. This one's a true story. My ex planned on leaving me on my birthday because he had court and planned on using me for that ride and make me drop him off and l would be to leave. Okay, that meant he'd stay at my parents' house, sleep in my bed, and eat my family's food for four days. Wait for it. A family member told him that if all he was going to do was use the family for a few more meals and a roof, he could just go ahead and leave. Guess what? He left that night.
Wow! I can't imagine. Thanks for sharing.

I don't know how I feel about this book (because I know quite well how I feel about erotica in general) but I'll give it a chance. I've been looking for something fresh to put on my shelves recently and this might be what I need. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the book, I hope I do too.

It sounds like a sexual "Truth or Dare" in Amsterdam. I'm glad you enjoyed the novel, but it is not my cup of tea. Thank you for the excellent review.

Here's the thing: Erotica can be a really fun genre if the erotic scenes serve an actual purpose-- if they don't seem haphazardly thrown together just for the sake of having another erotic scene because sex sells. Having read the Amazon sample pages, I can wholeheartedly say that this novel seems like it's going to be a whole lot of fun. From the way the story is set up, to the two main characters involved as well as the two settings, the main being Amsterdam and the other, London, this seems like it's going to be a wild adventure following two career-driven women in their mid-thirties who share a stellar friendship between that will have a lot of ups and downs over the course of the novel (or at least I'd hope, just to have a couple of sub-conflicts to the overarching story).

Though I'm picky with the erotica I read, it seems like there's enough going on with this title for even myself to read, and I would imagine that people who love reading erotica would love to add this to their collection, especially if they're looking for a different take on the genre than just your average sex-on-a-stick romance involving young adults, or women who look particularly young and adhere to model-like standards. On the sample alone, coming to this review, I'm not at all surprised to see it has a 4 out of 4 rating and would love to see for myself if it meets my high expectations.

For fans of the genre, this is a great find.

An erotic romance following the sexual adventures of two women sounds thrilling. The book follows two women who try to get in touch with their sensual sides while in Amsterdam. Well-rounded characters, smooth writing, and engaging plot make a good read for fans of the genre. That it was well edited is another plus. Not my cup of tea, but I am glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for the review!

I don't like the romance genre. Correction - I don't like what is considered romance genre nowadays. Books used to held romantic kinda love stories when Austin, Bronte and such novels where written. Now it is plain porno and I won't lower to call them literature.

I'm pretty open minded when it comes to romance books. I tend to stay away from erotic romance just because they aren't always well written. But this book was from the start. The review is great and tells me this book with be worth the read!
