I’m not a fan of the mature content, but the premise has always intrigued me. Unfortunately, I will have to pass.

It is too bad that the book didn't fall in to your expectations. But it sounds fine to me if I where to read it.

This is quite the romance novel. It's not one of my preferred genres, but I'm intrigued by the plot and curious to know how the story plays out. Thanks for sharing.

I'm not a romance fanatic. And since this book falls on that genre, I'll skip. Sorry. Thank you for your incredible review.

Novels with forced relationships can be a little hit or miss. I'm glad to see that based on the review, this one seems to be a hit. I'm excited to read it and see how it all ends for the characters.

I have read B Truly books before and I can't wait to read this one. Dystopian novels are always so good and intriguing hope it applies to this. Congrats on BOTD. Thanks for the review.

This novel seems to be like an adult version of the novel The Giver with a twist, based on the review. Instead of assigning you job, they assign your spouse. I'd be interested to see if the characters ever win the right to pick their partner.

I do enjoy a dysopian novel most especially if its romance. The storyline sounds familiar and makes me excited to read it.

The concept of the novel proves to be very interesting. It is sort of a mix between Hunger Games and the film Equals. I personally am not a fan of romance novels. However, I might give this a try due to it's dystopian influences. It seems the author is taking a new spin on arranged marriage and what that looks like given different societal circumstances. I am hoping since it is a dystopian that there is a decent amount of action scenes.

I’m not ordinarily a fan of dystopian stories, and even less so when the story’s timelines are a bit ‘off’. Thanks for your honest review of this one, but I think I will give it a miss.

A dystopian romance is different and interesting, especially when on your twenty-first birthday you have two choices: an arranged marriage or participate on a reality tv-show. Also, I like the idea of switching between the male or female point-of-view. Thanks for the great review!

I admit that romance is not my first choice, but this book presents an interesting story. The way the government took the free will of man by imposing on whom to love and succeeding in building a society in which the heart is condemned to forced marriage is a novelty for me. I'm curious about how the ruler of this nation is developed. Thank you for your review!

''It is about a society in which the government chooses who you will marry once you turn 21 years old. You do not have a choice and any relationships formed before that age will not be taken into consideration. If you commit adultery, you will be punished, and divorce is not allowed''.
I just love this kind of book, in this society, it is not easy to fall into fornication and moral sin. I also think that it is important in life to grow up with your spouse. I think that this is a must read.

The second part of dystopian fiction books and even through I do find description given in the review somewhat interesting I still have hard time to begin reading it before I am unfamiliar with previous part. It don't stop me from getting it while its free))

This book sounds awesome, a cross between Hunger Games and arranged marriages. I definitely am adding to my shelves. Looking forward to reading the series!
