This looks like a very complicated love triangle. I just hope that Alexis' choice doesn't haunt her later. Thanks for the review

I guess that, M's Parker, was controlled by her feelings, because she seemed like not knowing what she really wanted.

Reading about Alexis' character from your review brings back memories. I have a couple female friends who'd rather others do stuff for them - even when they could. Awesome review.

I like a good romance story from time to time. However, I think that I would get annoyed if the main character acts like a damsel in distress. I hope the grammar errors get fixed.

This is a story of romance and testing of commitments. The characters seem to experience a lot of emotional challenges.

I enjoyed reading your review. You brought up some great points about what this book has to offer, and it sounds like Alexis has a big decision to make and a lot of growing up to do.

I'm not a fan of romance novels but this one sounds interesting. Maybe I can check it out. Great review.

Romance is my thing, however, a protagonist who can't seem to make up their mind is going to frustrate my reading enjoyment.

I love a romance book that put you in the picture. And character like Alexis in a romance book, make you want to read it also to learn from Joe who loves helping others. Great review!

I’m not the biggest romance fan, but I kind of like the way the story sounds. I’ll definitely check out the sample.

Sounds like Alexis shouldn't marry Richard. Hopefully Joe can help her understand what true love means. It's good to know that you felt involved in the characters' lives and that you were pulled in an emotional roller coaster - it says a lot when an author can evoke so many emotions. I don't think I'd like "damsel in distress" part of the story, but it's good to know that Joe was likable. Too bad about the repeating words and the errors you found. However, it's good to know that you enjoyed this one. Thanks for sharing!

I liked ritah's review of Highway to Love by Dani Burke.

On the not so good side I can say that it does not include any reference to the author's bio, which has been considered a flaw in my latest review. Also, the summary just gives us a hint of how things are going to develop.

However, my feeling is that what the reviewer chose to mention was just what was needed so as to have the potential readers hooked.
Her opinion of the characters is well expressed and justified by good arguments.

If there is anything that could be improved is a more consistent use of the tenses, instead of several jumps from the present to the past time frame and back.

All in all, considering that most of the required elements are there, including
the potential readers identified as romance lovers, I think it is a good review.
