The characters were believable and I got invested in their story very quickly. I was cheering for agood outcome, and baffled sometimes that the girls weren't seeing what was so obvious. Alex was a bit dense when it came to ending things with her fiance,I thought. She seemed to be overly swayed by his arguements as to why they should get married. rarely does he say he loves her as a first arguement and to me that would have been a bit of a warning sign right there. Of course everyone has different standards that way so it is still believable. It was a bit immature of her to think that someone should save her from that situation. Alex did seem to want the fairy tale prince on the white charger to rescue the damsel though. All in all though it was very entertaining reading about their tribulations.
The situations were fun and light for the most part. The Vegas parts were accurate and fun as well. I quite enjoyed the almost lady and the tramp type moment towards the end of the book.
There was the odd time I felt a bit of confusion in regards to a character as the description to start was a bit vague ( Jason) I wasn't sure who's son he actually was. It did resolve itself and become more clear as I read further. As he wasn't a large part of the story it didn't detract in anyway however.
All in all I give this book a 4 star rating as it was most enjoyable.
