Organize your own Read-A-Long!

There's a booktube live show by the Papercut Bookclub for Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson at the end of this month so I'd be interested in a read-a-long starting probably at the end of this week.

This one on my list as well, but I have to finish a couple of books before I get to it.

I do. I loved 'The Handmaid's Tale'.

Great. I will order my copy on or around the release date. This is my first read-a-long, so not sure how it all works. But hopefully it'll be a good experience

My copy is being delivered on Thursday 9/12/19. Was supposed to be here on Wednesday, but the USPS f*cked it up, lol.

I didn't start it yet, and we are still on. I am in the middle of another book, but I believe I will finish it today. We can start on Friday if you like.

Hi, I have the book and read the 1st chapter. It's a lot different (the book) than what I was expecting/hoping for. I suppose I should try another chapter or 2 - because I felt the same way when I started 'A Man Called Ove'. And now I am a little past the half-way point. Do you have any advice for getting off to a rough start, with a new book,?

That sounds good to me. My library account says in about another 2 weeks I'll get the book, so starting the beginning of October should work out well for me!
