Skills O the Warramunga can be read as a stand-alone, I would thoroughly recommend you start with #1. The writing is superb.The stories are sublime.
There's plenty of actions to keep you turning on the next pages and a satisfying end as well.

The character of Johnny Cook was grasping as he was seen struggling through the thick jungles of Malaya.
For me, I think the book will be appealing to lovers of adventures, and it would deserve 4 out of 4 stars based on its enthralling characters.
