This novella doesn't quite sound like my typical cup of tea, but it seems interesting as a piece of historical fiction, especially coming from a geographical area and historical period that I have very little knowledge of. It could be educational, emotional, and entertaining all at the same time. Thank you for the helpful review.

Thanks for this superb and well-written review. The story sounds fascinating. I had not read about this revolution before but from the review I would like to learn more about. I have to read this book.

This sounds like an intense romance novel with a lot of descriptive writing and knowledge. I might just have to check it out. It sounds really good. Great review!

Am interested in the subject matter and can't wait to read it. Right now it is 3rd in line behind: Code Name Lily by Julien Ayotte & An Ordinary Guy, An Unknown Spy by Andrew Gilbrook.

The writer definitely id talented with words, she made sure that the reader creates a vivid picture of the scenario at hand. Which made the book so dramatic and fascinating for lovers of romance and history. Great review by the way, appreciate it.
