Everyone has a secret or two. Depending on the type of secret, will our main characters be able to live as before when the secrets are out? :eusa-think:

This isn't my usual genre, but I'm intrigued by the plot premise. Your review is quite compelling. Great job!

This book does sound like it has some interesting twists and turns with the secrets several characters have. However, I grew frustrated with the sample. It doesn't seem to flow very well and I had to go back and re-read parts. It is reportedly well written and probably smooths out later. I'm just not sure I want to put the time into it right now.

By nature of love and human drama, lives are altered when secrets and lies exist or are uncovered. So books written with these themes provide enough intrigue of a spy novel. Even if you're not a fan of romance novels, the twists and turns provided by truth and lies, you may want to give this one a chance.

When I read the review, I felt that I could relate to this book so well! As adults, there are times when secrets are not to be told to everyone. And those that do know about them should keep their mouths shut as it can ruin lives! The side characters seem to be a great inclusion as well. I may have to give this one a read sometime. Great job on your review!

I was drawn to the book the instant I read the description. I love a good romance plot and the book exploring different plights of the characters was the one thing that made me want to read it. I absolutely loved the detailed review as it clearly reflects how much fun you had while reading it.

I like how the book made you think about not only the meaning of the characters' lives but also the meaning of your own life. I think an author does a really good job when s/he makes you question your own life. That makes books very memorable and important.

There is up's and down's in to day adult life. A book like this may serve a significant role in teaching how to cope with the situation. And again to structure a dramatic story it is not easy, I think High Hope contains much to learn.
Thanks for awesome review.

Even though there is more to it, for lovers of the romance genre this sounds awesome. From the author's attention to details and the descriptions of amazing scenery this one sounds like a hit.

How does one remain friends for over twenty years and still have so many secrets? Won't these secrets be heavy burden to carry? I do not envy any of the characters in this novel.
