:techie-reference: Congratulations Linnea Tanner on your third BOTD entry. Your dynamic story-telling is well-written and well-researched, so it's not surprising that your Clansmen and Kings series continues to collect fans. I'm proud to count myself among them.

This sounds like a good romance and a love novel. With the focus on life withstanding time as well as the trials and tribulations.

Seemingly this is an interesting romance + historical fiction. Anyway, I would like to start from the first book of the series. Congratulations on being BOTD

An interesting romantic historical fiction story in the book "Amulet's Rapture" by Linnea Tanner, which revolves around the romance of Marcellus Antonius who is a Roman soldier, and Catrin who is a Cantiaci Druid warrior. Well crafted character of Catrin shown to endure a lot of physical and emotional suffering makes the story captivating.

A fascinating review indeed. Being the third book in its series, I can tell it's filled with a similar mouth-gapping tale.

Amulet's Rapture by Linnea Tanner is a historical romantic novel. I don't like historical novels at all. So I think I should skip this one.

I have watched almost all movies about ancient and medieval soldiers and gladiators. Maybe now is the time to read one; one about a slave servant; a brave woman; a warrior.

I'd really like to read a historical novel with story settings in old Britannia, Rome, and Gaul but romance really isn't for my taste.

Love, love, love this series! I can't wait to read the next developments in Marcellus' and Catrin's romance. There has to be something that can be done to make him remember her; there just has to be!! If this is anything like the other books, the author will have researched the Romans with just as much efficiency as she did the Celts. I look forward to reading it. I really enjoyed reading your review. Thanks!

This must be an interesting book. Historical fiction with romance in it is a great read. I haven't read the first two but I think this one triggers one to read the first two in the series. Great review

This certainly sounds like a fascinating read. I'm not much of a historical romance fiction fan, but readers of the genre should find this worth their time. Thanks for sharing.
