I would love the author to develop something out of Sharon and Steve anyway. They seem cute together. Agatha must be in there though to create those funny moments.

Nevertheless, it was enjoyable despite the few issues. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

Yes, it really was. My curious mind couldn't let me go off the book.

I loved the action invested plot and the suspense threaded in the book. The pacing could have been a bit modulated but I think it was all for the tension in the primary conflict.

A cozy mystery revolving around a newly-wed couple who stumbled upon a terrorist plot during their honeymoon in Hondura sounds intriguing. And now it is the BOTM! Humor, fast pace, and references to the real world enrich the plot. Too bad about the rushed scenes. I am not sure it is for me, but I am glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for the review!

Fantastic review! I believe the pacing issue is unique to this author. I've read one of her other books and my experience was similar to yours. The scenes are never really resolved, they just jump forward. It took away the potential for some entertaining suspense. Thanks for sharing.

The book seems to have a strong plot. For me though, I didn't find this book to be fast paced.

It is an action novel. The plot is fast- faced and the author adds humour to lighten the humour. Facing and fearing terrorism during the honeymoon was not an easy job and they managed it.

This story sounds like a great travel book. Fast paced and action. I love reading books where the view point changes depending on the character. Looking forward to reading this story.

Dorothy has undeniably done an excellent story that arouses any reader's curiosity. Imagine being on honeymoon and suddenly you are cught up in an intrigue which you must unhook yourself. Congrats on being BOTD.

Sounds like the author needs to vary the pace a bit in her novels, as she seems to rush headlong at a killer speed. Sometimes, even in an action thriller, it doesn't hurt to just take things down a notch or two. Great review!

I read one of her other books and didn’t enjoy it at all, but I’m willing to give this one a try based on the sample pages and your review. Her style of writing may change from book to book, and as this one is book of the month, I will give it a go. Thanks for the insight into this one. I’m glad she kept it PG rated as the last one wasn’t, and it wasn’t good.

Seeing the action through different character perspectives, including that of the terrorist, seem like and interesting way to set up the story. This sounds like a nice quick read with action and humor.

I have just started on the book and it is good to know that it is a quick read, I hope though that it is not too fast-paced to really enjoy the book. Thanks for the review!

This book did feel like it was too fast-paced at times. I enjoyed the non-stop action and the change in perspective. The terrosist was sinister, but their was something quite intriguing about getting into her psyche. I did find some of the little pictures and blurbs at the end of the pages distracting. Thanks for the wonderful review!
