So far, I am liking what I am reading! Although as I mentioned before, I do not think that it belongs in the romance genre. In the sample, sure it does bring up the honeymoon, but I feel that this was a link to the main part of the book, which was full of action and suspense. But given the title, I can see why it would be classified in the romance genre.

I usually wouldn’t have been able to imagine reading a story around honeymoons and terror attacks! However, I am developing a liking for the story so far. However, can the book be categorized as romance? Not exactly.

I am yet to read the book, but I enjoyed reading the blurb. The story line seemed similar to a recent Bollywood movie I watch. To work against terrorists when on honeymoon must have been something! The only think I felt off was the title. Without knowing what EMP means, the title does not say anything about the content of the book. That had been my primary reason for not picking up this book for review earlier.

My favorite part is the ending and how everything was resolved. I also like how this book deals with interesting subjects like a solar flare. It is a thing I didn't know much about but after reading this book I was researching more. I always appreciate it when a book teaches me something that I didn't know before. On the other side, I would like if there were a stronger female character.
I definitely recommend this book as an audio. The narrator did an amazing job with it.
What an interesting insight! I will certainly check out the audiobook. Thanks for the recommendation.

Though this book has a romantic touch to it, I think it's more of a sci-fi book. The book seemed to have explained how E.M.P would be the future of the world. I think the romance story is more of lacing to the sci-fi plot.

I enjoyed reading this book very much. I love action-packed books, and E-M-P Honeymoon was what I was looking for. My favorite part of the book was the ending. It was fascinating to see how everything resolved. I will definitely recommend this book to others. I would rate this 4 out of 4 stars.

I completely agree with you. This book is more action-packed and doesn't belong in the romance genre. I loved reading this book. I hope that you will enjoy it as well.

A well-written spy story with enough twists and tensions to keep readers intrigueď till the very last page.

The book commences with high powered suspense. One cannot untie him/herself from fact that there's blending between crime and romance. Imagine being on a honeymoon and all over sudden you're are caught up in an intrigue. This is what befalls Tom and Kelly. They have to find their way out. I love the plot organization because it is very clear and easy to follow through.

I was not sure I would like this book because I am not a big fan of romance novels. I was so glad when it turned out it has a more dynamic plot, so I rated it 4 out of 4 stars. I think other readers who like fast-paced stories will like it as much as I did.

Oh wow and I also thought the book was mostly a romance novel because of the title. Thanks for the heads up.

So, I guess this book is more on the action side than the romance side?

Yes. The book is more based on action and suspense than romance. I think that it doesn't belong in the romance genre.

What is EMP if I may ask?
Electromagnetic pulse - EMP- for example, it can be man-made like a nuclear magnetic pulse or natural like lightning. Weapons have been developed to deliver the damaging effects of high-energy EMP.
