Military plus science fiction, both these make a perfect package. Books seems quite enjoyable in terms of the big moments and action sequences. Great review 👍

This book is interesting from the start. The fact it is 400 pages is daunting. However, the review makes this book very intriguing. I don't mind really long books if they are interesting. I love this genre and it sounds like it has plenty of action and details to keep the reader interested. I will definitely put this on my reading list.

Action based stories are generally very interesting to read. And as per this review, this book seems to be really good. I would love to read it.

The story sounds interesting and captivating. I am glad that you enjoyed reading it. It appears too long for me but I have added it to my shelf.

<t>CataclymsmicKnight posted an official review in October 2019 on the Sci-Fi/Fantasy novel Masters and Bastards by Christopher J. Penington.<br/>
<br/>
As I read the sample chapters of the novel, I agree with him that it is "exceptional" writing by the author. I found the story intriguing and a fast-paced Sci-Fi depiction of other worlds which are reviewed as a "well-crafted universe."<br/>
<br/>
It certainly includes "twists and turns" that kept me faced with the need to read the whole story, which I will!</t>

The title of this book always throws me off, but I think it actually sounds quite good. I like how the "big moments" are written. It seems like the distinction between the races could create an interesting read. Thanks for the review!

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting science fiction story about a war between two worlds in which one side's army discriminates against the different races within it. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

This sounds like a very full novel, it might be too heavy for me! Especially because I'm not a fan of war novels... Great review though!

You pretty much had me at "takes place in another galaxy after the Earth was destroyed." I am a space opera geek. This story sounds like it has a lot of fascinating sci-fi drama as well as a message about racism that could be applied to real life. Thank you for your insightful review.

This story has almost everything except vampires, dragons and elves. It employs time travel, galactic wars, paranormal powers, and politically dates back to ancient Rome. The love story is fulfilling, both genders have their fill of quirky aspects. Fantasy, romance, and most fiction aficionados will love it. Thanks for the interesting review.
