I like both Chinese and Japanese music, though I don't understand anything in either language. But I rather like just listening to the sound and feel of a song for a change.

I've always had an interest in the guqin and the guzheng, so most times I'll listen to instrumental pieces by them. In one of my favourite Chinese series, The Untamed, the guqin is one of the central instruments. Otherwise, if they're backdrops to an AMV or an FMV I'll listen to them.

I got to know about Chinese music by watching Chinese series and movies. Its a pity I can`t understand all of it because instruments are well played.Some times I am surprised to discover that the accompaniment is not necessarily a piano but traditional instrumentation.

To be honest, I don't know much about Chinese music. I would be glad if someone posted great Chinese songs.
Heart! We will forget him!
You an I, tonight!
You may forget the warmth he gave,
I will forget the light.

When you have done, pray tell me
That I my thoughts may dim;
Haste! lest while you're lagging.
I may remember him!

I'm a fan of Asian music, specifically Korean, Japanese and Chinese. This is probably because of anime and drama influences as I am a big fan and the intros and tunes are always so goofy and melodious. Currently, my favourite song is the theme song for Mo Dao Zu Shi.

There is an enchanting tone to Chinese music, although I don't speak the language the music draws me in anyway, yes I do like Chinese music.
